Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Africore Tech Solutions Company Limited, a Web Hosting and Domain Registration company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania, operating under the laws of Tanzania and regulated by the Data Protection Act, 2022.

2. Services Provided

• Domain name registration (Country level and Generic domains)
• Web hosting services
• Email hosting
• Reseller hosting
• SSL certificates
• Related IT infrastructure services
• Website Designing
• IT Services consultation

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to register. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Payment and Billing

All services must be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Service Availability and Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted services.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use services to:

• Host unlawful content
• Send spam
• Interfere with network operations
• Infringe intellectual property

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your services without notice if Terms or laws are violated.

9. Domain Name Policies

Subject to policies of ICANN, TZNIC, and other registries. You must comply accordingly.

10. Limitation of Liability

Africore Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including data loss.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Africore Tech Solutions for claims related to your use of the service.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Terms governed by Tanzanian law. Disputes handled in Tanzanian courts.

14. Backup Policy

Backup services depend on the package subscribed:

• Startup Essentials: Monthly backups retained for 2 weeks.
• Reseller Plans: Weekly backups may be offered, not guaranteed.
• Business/Corporate: Twice weekly backups retained for 7 days.
• Dedicated/VPS: Client responsible unless managed backups are purchased.

Backups are for disaster recovery only. Maintain your own copies.
